Kaakie is Unimportant; Mzvee Will Not Waste Time Beefing Her – Richie

Kaakie has been dealt a blow from the camp of her rival, Mzvee. Richie Mensah the Award-wining music producer, singer and songwriter, says neither his artiste, MzVee nor himself have time to beef unimportant artistes like Kaakie.

Speaking in response to the current buzz that dancehall artiste Kaakie released diss tracks aimed at MzVee, the ‘Make I Shine’ singer’s manager says he doesn’t see the value in taking time to respond to such matters.

In his own words ;“We are professional. We are business-minded people…I can’t imagine wasting time mentioning another artiste’s name and concentrating on their career.” Richie said in an interview with Joy News.

The Lynx Entertainment boss asserted that they don’t have time to spare on feuds unless the artist were the likes of Rihanna; so big that engaging them in a beef would boost MzVee’s image.

“We can’t imagine wasting our time on another artiste. It’s not like Kaakie is high up there that we would focus our energy and studio time on. If she were to be at that level like Rihanna, we would have gone to the studio quick-quick to record a song for her. We would have even done that back-to-back,” he added.

Richie does, however, appreciate the publicity of rumours that diss songs are being aimed at his artiste.

Although he believes such time would be better spent shooting music videos or releasing good songs, he expressed gratitude to artists who have allegedly made it a point to inadvertently publicize MzVee, born Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda.

“Maybe we should add them to our PR team,” he jokes, adding that the publicity is not bad at all.

We wait to see how Kaakie and his management will react to such insults. You can trust ghpage.com to keep you updated in any development in Showbiz
