Before we start ; there are some tips you should know already at your fingertips if you really wants to lose weight. First of all ,you should be drinking a lot of water everyday and not be eating an entire cake or something sugary everyday. Keep these tips in mind and you won’t have to worry about the weight numbers creeping up.But note : Don’t drink water immediately after eating.Practice temperance,wait for about 30 to 1 hr before you drink water.Also drink water 15mins before meals–that will prevent an intake of a lot of calories.

1.Take more fibre
Take more Fiber because it has the ability to fill you up for hours. Include at least eight grams at every meal you take and three to four at every snack to help you reach a goal of 25 to 30 grams a day. Take more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds and you’ll have no problem getting your fill.
2.Some 30 minutes exercise at least
Let this be your habit–Get in the habit of moving your body daily. Aim for at least a half hour, with four to five days devoted to more rigorous or longer workouts, and two to three days a more moderate workout like walking, hiking, or stretching. 3.Eat one of these everyday
Make sure you make one of your meal in the day a big, to fill up on fiber( contact the number here for natural fibre supplement) without a ton of calories. Include a variety of greens and fresh vegetables in your meal as well with a low-fat protein source like beans , add cooked whole grains to make it even more filling, plus avocado or sunflower seeds to add healthy fats. 4.Avoid Chocolate, alcohol, or any fatty foods like fried rice and the likes.
Calories and sugary foods play a major role in weight gain,so you better avoid them if you want to lose weight or avoid weight gain. Oily foods as well must be avoid and should not be part of your meal.Craving or having appetite for them is normal,but what you need is discipline and direct your appetite to foods like veggies and fibres as I stated earlier.
5.Sleep well-have a bedtime
Well ,Research has shown that those who doesn’t sleep well tend to eat hundreds of calories more, not just because they’re awake longer, but because sleep affects levels of hunger-regulating hormones.
Feeling tired makes you more likely to reach for sugary pick-me-ups. Get to bed at the same time every night (even on weekends), and set your alarm for the next day, makes sure you get between seven and nine hours of sleep every night.
