AUDIO – Ashh FM’s Daasebre Agyei Dwamena finally speaks
Kumasi Based Ashh FM’s broadcast journalist Daasebre Agyei Dwamena has finally spoken in an exclusive interview on radio Sunday morning after he returned from his hide out yesterday.
Daasebre speaking on radio and stating the reason why he disappeared said,he went and pray for the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the NPP to win the December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections .
The journalist however reiterated the fact that he was not kidnapped neither he was attacked by anyone.
“I went to pray for Nana Addo’s victory at the place where no one is supposed to know”, He said in the interview.
Daasebre Agyei Dwamena who is well know for criticizing the out-gone regime profusely was publicly declared missing after the December 7 polls when he went to his hometown, Akyeremade to exercise his franchise and was also scheduled to report on election results for his station.
His relatives,workers were all over the airwaves declaring the broadcaster officially missing and even went ahead to make a police report to that effect.
What I find awkward,flimsy and nonsensical about his reason for his hide-out is that ; what prevented him from informing his relatives about his disappearance?
What did he wanted to achieve with this ? Share your views in the comment section below;
