A 16-year-old Nigerian student has emerged the best West African Examination Council (WAEC) candidate in 2019.
The Nigerian student identified as Ugboaja Chizobam Stephany had straight As in all nine subjects.

Stephany passed with flying colors all 9 subjects including Economics, Data Processing, Civic Education, English Language, Further Mathematics, General Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Stephany who hails from Imo State in Nigeria, according to reports has been awarded 100 percent scholarship to study abroad.
