Emmanuel was arrested by the police on Monday, Jan 15 and charged with murder.

According to the report, the suspect asked his mother if she knew the whereabouts of his memory card and she denied knowing where the card could be, but Emmanuel didn’t believe and claim she still had it.

Upon his mother’s continued denial that she had it neither knowing where it was, Emmanuel became exasperated and attacked his own mother with a pestle.

He continuously hit her on the head till she was completely helpless, seeing that his mother still has some life in her, Emmanuel, without a stint of guilt, went outside and came back with a burning firewood from a nearby fire and repeatedly burned her with it until she died.
