Self-acclaimed dancehall king and music man of the moment, Shatta Wale has expressed his resentment over the voting method of the 20th edition of the VGMA.
The 2019 VGMA which is recognized as the 20th edition of the event has 60% voting power to the Academy board and 40% to the public.

However, Shatta Wale in a recent tweet had expressed subtle disapproval over the voting collation, hoping things work out well with such voting ratio.
Despite the checks on social media which reveals that fans are massively voting for the SM boss, Shatta Wale seems to be worried over the 60:40 voting power of the VGMA and hoping it gets him what he really deserves.
Giving an obvious explanation to his tweet on social media, the 3Music Awards “Best Dancehall/Reggae artist of the year” shows a clear sign of resentment over how the board and academy voting power is going to rule over the public votes.

He tweeted: “I hope the public votes works cuz the 40% for the public against 60% for the board and academy dierrrrr ….lol Ghana”
