In a few hours, the year 2019 would bid farewell to us never to be seen again and as part of the last minute’s updates, Ghpage.com has decided to bring to its numerous readers and followers some beef that rocked the country from January down to December 2019.

  1. Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy:

Undoubtedly, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale beef have been the biggest beef for some time now. Their beef spans from who is the best at what they do, who has got more money and also mocking the body features of each other among others. Their beef escalated to its peak when both fans of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy engaged in a standoff on the stage of the 2019 VGMAs which led to Stonebwoy pulling out a gun in an attempt to defend himself. The two finally called a truce and even held a peace conference to settle their differences.

2. Kelvyn Boy and Wendy Shay:

Well, there is a saying that ‘When one door closes another opens’ that is how the Wendy Shay and Kevynboy beef started at the peace conference between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy after Kelvynboy refused to shake the Rufftown music signee. Its been long since the two threw shots at each other we hope they are saving their energies for 2020.

Strongman also lyrically came back hard at Medikal by releasing a series of diss songs to respond to Medikal.

4. Archipalago and Patapaa:

Swedru-based artiste Patapaa Amisty also beefed Instagram vlogger, Achipalago. Patapaa, in an interview, jabbed Achipalago, insisting his single titled “Me Gye” is a trashy song that only contained noise. He said, for someone who usually criticised other artistes, he expected Achipalago to come out with something better. Achipalago hit back in an Instagram post, describing Patapaa as “kwasia banku” for rubbishing his song. The pair had a go at each other for some time before their beef came to an end.

5. Obofour and Obinim:

Celebrities pastors Reverend Obofour and Bishop Daniel Obinim had several disagreements in 2019. The two spiritual leaders of their churches mostly used their pulpit on Sundays to respond to each other and trade insults. This beef went on for a while with even a junior pastor of Anointed Palace Chapel (APC) jumping ship for Obinim’s International God’s Way Church. Obinim had stated that he is an “Angel”, while also claiming he was the spiritual father of Obofour.

The priestess, Nana Agradaa, made a series of allegations against the founder of the Anointed Palace Church, Rev. Obofour, claiming Obofour is fake and often abuses his junior pastors.

7. Yvonne Nelson and Victoria Lebene:

In December 2019, Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson attacked fellow actress Victoria Lebene and her marriage to entertainment journalist Eugene Osafo Nkansah.
