Oyerepa FM/TV had been in the news for some days now following its closure by Manhyia over comments they considered derogatory made against them by Akwasi Addai Odike a politician on their network.
Though the media house rendered an apology to Manhyia and even went to apologize in person following their closure, their apologies were rejected and they were told to go and prepare very well before coming back.
On their second visit, the media house leaders went together with some high-profile people to Manhyia to offer their apologies again including Prof. Emmanuel Asante.
After the successful meeting, the man of God disclosed that Manhyia has finally accepted the apologies and had asked that the station resumes its operations again.
According to him, Manhyia warned that media houses should be careful with the people they bring to their stations to share their views on matters.
The former presiding Bishop for the Methodist Church Ghana Rev Prof. Emmanuel Asante advised media practitioners to be circumspect in their reportage on national matters.
