Ghanaian actress Kalsoume Sinare, today graduated with a 2nd Class Upper from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
The 47-year-old a tress had support from ace actress Jackie Appiah at her graduation ceremony.
Kalsoume Sinare is a GIMPA graduate in Public Service and Governance with an Upper-Class Upper degree.
