The controversial Female artist Adepa who is based in Assin Fosu in the central region has said that No female dancehall artist can ride on the Gringo beat like she did.
Adepa made this known on happy FM on Friday when she was interviewed by Dj Adviser. Gringo is one of the most popular songs by self-acclaimed Dancehall King Shatta Wale.

Adepa who a few months ago stated that MzVee is not dancehall artist but rather a Aborga high life artist, speaking on happy FM she said she wrote her version of Gringo because she wanted to prove her critics wrong.
She said after her first single “Condemn” many were with the view that she can’t do any hardcore dancehall.
A few months ago, Adepa sparked uproar in the media when she granted an interview and said that she has nothing in common with late Ebony Reigns because not only is she better an artist than her, she is more beautiful than her.
