Entertainment critic Romeo McDonalds believes Afia Schwar has resorted to the blackmailing of people for money since her acting career has died.

According to her, the loudmouthed socialite’s decision to relegate her burgeoning acting career to the background and to focus on social media shenanigans stems from the fact that her career has plummeted.

Speaking On Onua FM, Romeo McDonalds cited Afia Schwar as one of the people whose acting career has been unproductive which has forced her into venturing into corny deals to stay relevant.

“Afia Schwarzenegger, for example, rose to prominence through acting, but her career is over.” When was the last time you saw Afia in an acting role? What I mean is that people have relegated their acting careers to the sidelines. And now, just to keep up appearances, I’m blackmailing people for money.”

Afia Schwar, originally known as Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa shot up to the limelight following her controversial role in the series ‘Afia Schwarzeneggar.” She was appreciated for playing the role excellently which many believe was the reason the series couldn’t find a perfect fit to replace her.

However, Romeo McDonalds believes the Ghana Movie Industry has failed to jell because actors and actresses have decided to pursue other ventures instead of focusing on acting.

“Let us not be ostriches. Let’s be honest: a spade is a spade. Apart from Nadia Buari and Rosslyn Ngisah, who are still filming in Nigeria, Ghanaian gang leaders haven’t acted in the last fifteen years. So, how are they surviving, you ask? I’m telling you, some people blackmail others in order to survive. “When they’re beefing with each other, you can see the reality.”
