Afia Schwarzenegger tears Menzgold apart for resisting the order from SEC to close down - Warns Ghanaians to be careful when dealing with Menzgold

Controversial media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has waded into the ongoing Menzgold-SEC brouhaha. Afia Schwarzenegger took her time to blast Menzgold for resisting the shutdown order.

According to Afia Schwarzenegger, all those sharing videos on social media declaring their support for Menzgold makes no sense because they themselves don’t save with Menzgold.

Afia Schwarzenegger added that BoG has explained that Menzgold is not operating with license and as such it’s risky to deal with them.

Speaking on her ‘political police’ show aired on TV Africa, She warned all those investing with Menzgold to take quick decision and action to save their money.

Afia Schwar also warned that if they think their money is assured just because they have high profiled media personalities advertising for them, they should rethink because they (Media people) won’t be affected if they lose their money.

The Securities and Exchanges Committee has ordered Menzgold to shut down one of their product for violating the operation permit given them. They have been directed to cease taking deposits from individuals.

Menzgold owned by Nana Appiah Mensah first played hardball by rubbishing the directive but barely 24 hours later they released another statement complying with the directive.
