A Science student of the Navrongo Senior High School, Akannae Ayine Ebenezer, with Index Number 0090501130 has come out with flying colors in the 2017 West African Senior Schools Certificate Examinations(WASSCE), scored distinction marks A1s in all the eight subjects.
The results were released on last Wednesday by the West African Examination Council, Waec.

The Brilliant Student, Akannae’s parents are in Kumasi as laborers. His mother washes bowls and clothes for people for a living and the father works on a farm in the Ashanti Region capital.
He was adopted by a member of the Bolgatanga Presbyterian Church in the Upper East Region. He currently lives In Sumbrungu, a village in the Bolgatanga municipality.
Master Akannae’s dream is to be a medical doctor in future.

His Guardian is appealing to the general public to help fund for Akannae for him to pursue his medicinal course at the University.
