For those who registered for the DV Lottery also known as American Lottery or Green Card Lottery between October 3rd, 2018 and November 6th, 2018, the results are out and you can check them now.

The most important thing in checking your results is the Confirmation Number you were given when you registered. Besides that, you will also need to remember your year of birth as well as your surname.

•Click: CHECK STATUS and CONTINUE
•Enter your Confirmation Number (Example: 2020xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
•Enter Last Name or Family Name
•Enter Year of Birth
•Carefully look at the security code provided and enter it correctly and Hit SUBMIT.
•The next page will tell you your status (If you have been selected or not)

If you have been picked, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Below is for you:

You are one of the lucky 50,000 potential people who will be given resident Visa to stay and work in the United States of America.
