The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo ordered the arrest of the president of Ghana Football Association, Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi for fraud just a few hours ago.
According to reports gathered by Ghpage.com, Kwesi Nyantakyi was using the name of the president and the vice president to extort money from football investors.
Meanwhile, ace broadcaster Kwami Sefa Kayi has alleged that President Akufo-Addo, Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and the Minister of Youth and Sports, Isaac Asiamah are all captured in Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ latest exposé.
According to him, the trio is captured in the upcoming investigative piece, although he failed to disclose whether they were also involved in any form of untoward acts.
“President Nana Addo, Bawumia and Asiamah are all in the Anas video,” Sefa Kayi alleged.
Touching further on the content of the exposé, the host of Peace FM’s Kokrokoo morning show said there will be decisions to be made after the exposé is aired to the public.
In his view, “by the time you finish watching the video, no one will tell you that change must come.”
Kwame Sefa Kayi, however, believes that Songo, who is a fierce critic of the Ghana Football Association and constantly hits on corrupt acts in our football may be vindicated after the exposé.
Already, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako who nurtured Anas disclosed that the video will cause “irredeemable” damage to persons found in illegal acts.
The latest piece of ace investigative journalist Anas is set to be premiered on June 6 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
