Popular Ghanaian musician and sound engineer, Appietus has replied the founder and leader of Glorious Wave Church International, Badu Kobi over comments he made about his career.

In reacting to the statement, Appietus refuted claims that his career is dead and that he is making money from his works.

Appietus also added that Prophet Badu Kobi should concentrate on reviving his dead church since most of his church members have left the church.

Appietus further stated that he has worked with several top artists and that his career can never die.

“My career can never die and if Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi is saying that it’s laughable because I am making money through my work.

Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi should rather think of resurrecting his dead church over the comment he made last week. A picture circulating on social media in his church shows empty seats. His career is rather dead not mine”

Check the records, I have worked with the likes of Sarkodie, Ofori Amponsah, 5Five, Praye, Kwabena Kwabena, Rex Omar and made the money. I am still making the money and Appietus will reign forever.

My advice to him is to focus on the work he is doing and not to create confusion by insulting tribes. I still maintain the fact that the statement he made is silly and childish and I would ask that he apologize for his useless talk”, Appietus fired back at Badu Kobi.

This comes after the sound engineer slammed Prophet Badu Kobi for making disrespectful and distasteful comments about women in Ghana.

The man of God stated that Ashanti women are greedy, selfish and disrespectful to their husbands.

He also added that Ewe women are doormats and Fanti women are stupid.
