Archipalago betrayed me after I featured him on my song -Obanje

Upcoming musician Agyin Prempeh popularly known as Obanje has revealed in an interview how social media personality Archipalago who happens to be his cousin betrayed him and claimed ownership to his song dubbed “Megye”.

In an exclusive interview with GhPage TV, Obanje disclosed that he was the one who wrote and composed the song “Megye” and only featured Archipalago on it.

Obanje explained that after recording the song he was advised by Veteran gospel musician Mama Esther to feature Pataapa since he (Obanje) is not known in the music industry.

He disclosed that Mama Esther was willing to contact Patapaa to collaborate with him but Archipalago assured him that he will help him promote the song.

He further stated that he is the sole owner of the song and that Archipalago only sang few verses on the song.

Obanje also added that he confronted Archipalago about claiming ownership of his song but he claimed it was a promotion strategy.

According to Obanje, he feels hurt and disappointed anytime Archipalago fails to acknowledge him anytime he (Archipalago) is interviewed on the ownership of the song.

However, Obanje indicated that he feels betrayed by his cousin Archipalago, adding that all he currently wants is to be known as an upcoming musician.

According to Obanje, he has a lot of hit songs and only needs the platform to promote his songs.
