Ghana Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan joins in to show his support to Asante Kotoko Football team after the fatal accident on Accra road at Nkawkaw, yesterday night when it is reported that the team bus runs into an immovable truck with registration number AS 7329-13 which was loaded with rice.
The accident is believed to have occurred when the team was on their way to Kumasi after their midweek matchday 22 1:0 defeat play against Inter Allies F.C.
One official, the equipment officer of the team is reported dead. Many people in the team bus also suffered various forms of injury as reported by Ghpage.com earlier.
Captain of the Senior National Team has expressed his dear support to the Asante Kotoko team after news of their fatal accident announced. Asamoah Gyan, in a post, sympathized with the team to show his support and solidarity to them after the accident.
The former Liberty Professional player on behalf of himself as captain of the Black Stars of Ghana expressed his deepest condolences to the lost life and his love and commitment prayers for all those who had sustained any form of injury due to the accident.
Asamoah Gyan responding to the accident said,
“My thoughts and prayers are with the management, playing body and the supporters of Kumasi Asante Kotoko on this fatal accident.”
