Actor Prince David Osei has swiftly deleted his post that called the president-elect for the 9th parliament a drunkard.
Just a few hours ago, Prince David Osei, who’s a known supporter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), stirred a massive controversy after describing John Dramani Mahama as a “drunkard” during a heated Twitter exchange.
The incident followed after a Twitter user with the handle @BillsFiore criticised the actor, questioning his intellectual capacity to contribute meaningfully to national discourse and eventually become a president.
In a sharp response, Prince David Osei accused the tweep of supporting Mahama, using the opportunity to reiterate a long-standing claim often propagated by some NPP supporters about the president’s alleged drinking habits.
After being bashed and called all sorts of names, Prince David Osei has now deleted his post.
