Famous Ghanaian hiplife musician, Barima Sidney has halted the release of his most anticipated music video of the already popular ‘Papa No’ music song.
The management of Sidney, Squadi-Yie Entertainment, in a statement, has disclosed that the legal representative of the company has urged them not to release the song due to a court application filed to restrain them from releasing it.
The video was set to be released today, 3rd September.
While waiting to seek a legal remedy to the impasse, Sidney’s management has apologized to the fans for their inability to release the video today as they promised.
However, they made it known that they were hopeful that the ‘Papa No’ music video will be released sooner or later.
This comes after Barima Sidney told ZionFelix in an interview that he was preparing towards the release of music video since he was not served with any letter or writ of summons.
He said that he was inspired by the fact that but he was not talking about the former president, neither is he saying he is indeed the one and only Papa hence he was going to move forward with the visuals of the song.
