Dancehall/Afro-pop musician Ebony Reigns got the topmost award at the 2017 BASS Awards, which was held Thursday night (December 28)at the National Theater in Accra.
The songstress deservedly won the most coveted award dubbed the Kwame Nkrumah Artiste of The Year award. She also took home the ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ award for ‘Kupe’.
Stonebwoy won four awards; ‘Best Dancehall Video’ award for ‘People Dey’, ‘Dancehall Song of The Year’ award for ‘Talk To Me’ featuring Kranium, ‘Album of The Year’ for ‘Livingstone’ and ‘Best Performer of The Year’ award.
Reggae artiste of the year went to Ras Kuuku whiles Male Vocalist went to Knii Lantey
Patoranking, the Nigerian dancehall act won the ‘Best International Act of The Year’ award..
