In a sharp response to his prophecies, a sub-chief from the Walewale traditional area, who spoke for the group stated that Dr Bawumia will not die because he fears Allah adding that even if the prophecy will come to pass, their son only fears Allah and not death.

He added that the pastors who have predicted the death of their brother and son should rather focus on protecting themselves from death.
