A new video posted by Nollywood actress and producer Regina Daniels on her Youtube channel shows scenes from her and Ned Nwoko’s newborn son’s naming ceremony.
The video was premiered on Regina Entertainment TV on YouTube as part of the series dubbed Our Circle, in which the actress kept her fans updated on her pregnancy journey.
The naming ceremony of the couple’s new baby boy was held in Abuja at one of their housing estates.
The star-studded event saw Nollywood celebrities, top government functionaries, dignitaries, Ned’s Morocan wife, family and friends, from within and outside Abuja all making an appearance.
The name Munir Neji Ned Nwoko was explained by Ned Nwoko, the father, as he disclosed the meaning behind it.
”Today has been a wonderful day. We just had the naming ceremony for my little boy. He’s barely one week old and we’ve done the naming ceremony today. Everything went well. At the end of the day, we decided to give him two very unique names. The first name is Munir, Munir means light. He also has a native igbo name that is Neji. In igbo it’s spelt with double ‘n’ but because it is a coinage of both Ned and Gina we chose Neji”, Ned expressed.
The boy bears three of his fathers names- Munir which is the billionaire’s middle name, Ned and Nwoko hence Munir Neji Ned Nwoko.

Regina also mentioned how amazing the feeling of bearing a child was for her as she added that every woman should experience the joy in that moment.
