Dr Dominic Obeng- Andoh is the CEO and lipo(Fat Transfer surgery) surgeon of Obengfo Clinic situated at the Mallam- Weija road. There has been outburst after the death of 37-year-old Miss Stacy Offei Darko the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for National Entrepreneurship Innovation Programme (NEIP) where victims who went through near-death experience at his hospital for the same surgery shared their scary experience.
