The National football team of Ghana, Black Stars who are currently in Egypt representing Ghana in the ongoing African Cup of Nations – AFCON defeated the African wild dogs of Guinea Bissau at the Suez Stadium today in their final group stage match qualifying them for the 1/16th stage.

Celebrating their victory the Black Stars team members held a very powerful Jama session. The chief drummer, Langabel, was obviously present as he charged up the atmosphere with his drumming. Asamoah Gyan didn’t fail us as he is known to be a Jama champion.

The Black Stars have succesfully advanced out of the group stage into the next stage. They lead their group with 5 points.
Ghana hopes to win the AFCON trophy for the first time in over 30 years after it last won in 1982 when current head coach James Kwesi Appiah was still an active footballer.
