Controversial radio and television personality Afia Schwarzenegger has thrown a shot at the second lady of the land Samira Bawumia after she allegedly gifted her a book.
According to a source, the wife of the Vice-President as part of giving out this festive season sent a book to Afia Schwarzenegger but the latter expressed her anger after receiving the book.
In a video shared on social media, Afia Schwar wondered why she would be gifted a book when her dad is sick and has been admitted to the hospital.
She narrated that she was at the hospital when she received a call that Samira had sent her a Christmas present.
Afia continued that she rushed back home full of happiness because the news brought a smile to her because she had not been happy since her father got admitted to the hospital.
She is heard saying: “I took my father to the Korle-bu hospital when I received a call that the Second Lady has a Christmas gift for me. I became excited and screamed so loud and rushed home. Even the nurses were happy because it was the first time they had seen me smile since my dad was admitted at the hospital. I quickly gave directions to the person and organised boys.
“I finally got hold of the present, opened it, only to see it was a book, a common book. A woman like me with a sick father, what am I using book for? Do we celebrate Christmas with book? I know someone is behind this because Samira will not do this.”
The video has so far been deleted from her social media page.
