Born Hakeem Shabbaz but popularly known as just Hakeem is an Actor and musician.He rose to fame after he participated in the maiden edition of TV3’s music reality show, mentor.
Hakeem has however disclosed on E. Talk Entertainment Show that he is broke contrary to what some people around him think.
Hakeem has recently returned to Ghana after a long stay in Canada. And according to him, he doesn’t want to put a notion out there that he is rich because things didn’t go on well for him like he had anticipated.
Answering to the host question as to which job he was doing there he stated, he was a detailer- that is someone wash cars.
“I am broke, like B.R.O.K.E..It was not easy and it was a long story tho but I am back. It didn’t work out.”Hakeem Amanda Jissih
He further revealed that he had come to live in Ghana for good and to revive his music and acting career.He added that he is currently working on a music production which is to begin next year.
Hakeem says he is looking forward to a collaboration with Shatta Wale because he’s the best in Ghana Music now and a talented musician.
Hakeem shot to fame after the first edition of mentor about a decade ago.After the show, he combined music and acting.He got starred in some movies alongside Van Vicker.
