After a week of silence, the management of Kumasi based Gospel singer, Brother Sammy has broken silence on rumors that the artist was slapped by the female singer, Cecilia Marfo during a deliverance service for Brother Sammy.
A day after prophetess Cecilia Marfo’s ‘TsooBoi Praise’ which was held at Mampong nursing which saw many Gospel artists such as Brother Sammy, Ernest Opoku, Opiesie Esther, Mabel Okyere and many others in attendance, social media was rife with rumors that Cecilia Marfo slapped Brother Sammy during a deliverance service for him. She also warned him to stay away from occultism.
Responding to these accusations on Abusua FM in Kumasi, the producer cum spokesperson for Brother Sammy, Kofi said all these allegations are false and nothing of such happened.
According to him, the prophetess was only delivering a message from God to the artist about how he will use him in the coming years.
Speaking to the host on Abusua FM, Kofi said:
“What I know is, Cecilia Marfo is now doing the work of God and through her work, she has noted that Brother Sammy is filled with the spirit of the lord that was why she decided to feature him on her show at the sports stadium. During her ministration, she called Brother Sammy to let him know what God has for him”. The spokesperson said.
“Next year, 2018, God has chosen you ‘Sammy’ as prophet and evangelist, so make sure to lead a good life, pray without ceasing, and work harder”. Sammy’s spokesman quoted Cecilia Marfo as saying.
Touching on the supposed amulet which taken from Brother Sammy by Prophetess Cecilia Marfo, Kofi said:
“it wasn’t intentional, it happens very often to everyone
