It has been established that when news went viral that he had been arrested and was in detention at the James Town Police Station, officials from Mamprobi rushed in with the complainant only to be informed he has been granted bail.

As a result, they declared him wanted and asked him to report on his own volition or they may be compelled to seek a warrant for his arrest from the law courts.
