Bukom Banku seems to be in trouble as he has been declared wanted by Mamprobi Police Command barely 24-hours after the Ghanaian boxer was granted a Police inquiry bail by the James Town police for assaulting an assemblyman.
News reaching Ghpage.com reveals that the Mamprobi Police Command has also declared him wanted for a similar offence he committed that had been lodged with them.
It has been established that when news went viral that he had been arrested and was in detention at the James Town Police Station, officials from Mamprobi rushed in with the complainant only to be informed he has been granted bail.
As a result, they declared him wanted and asked him to report on his own volition or they may be compelled to seek a warrant for his arrest from the law courts.
This is not the first time the cruiserweight boxer has been arrested by the police for assault. In November 2014, Bukom Banku and his 14-year old son allegedly assaulted a 28-year-old footballer by name one Richmond Armah. In March 2016, Braimah Kamoko was detained by the Accra Central Police for allegedly assaulting his cousins.
