Ghpage.com has sighted a video of a crashed Bank of Ghana bullion van transporting tons of cash on the Techiman-Kumasi road today.

The van collided with a fuel tanker leaving the driver of the fuel tanker dead. The collision caused wads of Ghana cedis notes to fly into the thin air.

In the fast trending video a joint task force consisting of military men and Police gathered the money and put them back in their plastic containers as they guarded it to prevent it from being stolen.

The Driver of the Bullion van, William Asare and the assistant of the Driver of the fuel tanker, identified as Yussif, are in critical condition as they are battling for their lives.

The victims of the accident have been airlifted from the Techiman Holy Family hospital to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi.
