Patrick Osei Agyemang, commonly known as Countryman Songo, a Ghanaian sports journalist, has vented his rage on Ghana’s football regulatory organization.
According to a Ghanaian sports analyst and critic, the Black Stars’ poor performance is due to the selfish interests of the Ghana Football Association’s leadership, who always field their players for personal gain.
After garnering just two points from their three first group matches, the current Black Stars roster in Cameroon for the 2021 AFCON appears to support Countryman Songo’s assertion that the team is in shambles.
Songo went after the heads of GFA in a video posted on social media by the journalist, demanding them to step aside.
He used unprinted remarks against them to convey how hurt he is after Comoros Island, the AFCON debutants, shattered Ghanaians’ hearts in a 3-2 loss to the Islanders.
