Adom radio presenter and anti-corruption campaigner Captain Smart has blasted the vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for failing to arrest the Ghana cedi as he promised during the election period.
Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia during the build-up to the 2016 elections used the depreciation of the Ghana cedis to torment the Mahama government, describing the NDC administration as incompetent when it comes to handling the economy.

The presenter during his show lashed out at the Vice president for not leaving up to his campaign promises of arresting the Ghana cedi when they are elected into power.
Captain Smart revealed that he took some Euros to a forex bereau to change but had to take the money back home because the exchange rate was just too bad for him.
The presenter is not the only person to have called out the vice president who has been touted by his party members as the best ecomomist for Ghana as recently loudmouth television presenter Afia Schwarzenegger also asked him to arrest the cedi.
