Captain Smart still owes me after buying 14 air conditioners from me-Kennedy Agyapong

The controversial Member of Parliament of Assin Central for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has accused the Presenter of Adom Fm, Captain Smart of owing him 14 air conditioners.

He disclosed in an interview that Captain Smart borrowed 14 air conditioners from him and has not paid for them till now.

“Captain Smart borrowed 14 air conditioners from me for his house and hasn’t paid for any. He is too known, I even gave him some air conditioners for free”, he added.

He further stated that Captain Smart complained about the Director General of Ghana Maritime Authority, Kwame Owusu furnishing a company’s building with 11 air conditioners.

“What is your level of education for using 14 air conditioners to build your house and a whole Chartered Accountant for 30 years is using 11 air conditioners for a company’s building and you complain. What is going on with journalism in this country”, he quizzed.

Kwabena Agyapong also revealed that he Captain Smart will not be content if President Nana Akuffo Addo doesn’t dismiss Kwame Owusu from his position.

He also stated that even if Kwame Owusu was relieved of his title as the Director General, he will not be affected and will still live comfortably.

“If he was sacked today, he will not sweep your house. You, Captain Smart, will rather come and weep his house. Journalists are not fighting corruption in this country. You are corrupt”, he stated.

Mr Owusu was in the news after he held a conference to debunk accusations that he has misappropriated taxpayers money following his organization’s decisions to hold an end-of-year party with state funds.
