Chairman Wontumi plans to report ‘death’ to National security

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party Bernard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has stated that he is bracing himself up to report death to the police and National security.

He made this comment while speaking on his television station where he was reacting to the death of the colt players who lost their lives in a motor accident.

According to the controversial Ashanti Regional Chairman of the Politician, death is bitter and he can’t express his sadness over the unfortunate demise of the youngsters.

He went on to say that death needs to be reported to the Ghana Police Service or National Security because it is causing more pain in the country.

Chairman Wontumi used the opportunity to send his condolences to the family of the young players who passed on.

Last week, a car carrying 36 footballers onboard got involved in an accident that made some of the players lose their lives.

The report also continued that out of the 36, the 6 died on the spot while the others sustained various degree of injuries.

Four in critical condition at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
