Popular Ghanaian-UK based singer Sonnie Badu has put across a strong warning to the government to change Kotoka International Airport(KIA) to Kwame Nkrumah International Airport else Ghana will never have peace.
According to Sonnie Badu, naming the airport after Kotoka is doing Ghana more harm than good and thus the government should not delay changing the name of the airport.
Ghpage.com came across an Instagram comment of Sonnie Badu on KwameAplus post, He wrote:
“And he is sitting at the gateway to Ghana … well, you just solved the problem.. until the name is changed Ghana will never have their peace… The one who got us independence should have his name at the airport,”
