Yesterday news of Chinese men stabbing a Ghanaian young man identified as Frimpong Peter went viral. Ghpage.com spoke with a brother of the young man who confirmed and explained what really happened.
According to the brother, the Chinese men attacked Frimpong Peter aka Pee Tee for sitting idle during working hours.
The after they pounced on him, they stabbed him several times with scissors which is very common in the workplace (Its aplastic manufacturing company located at Atonsu Fobi in Kumasi).

They also stabbed him with a knife and at a time hit him with a hammer. During all this time, Frimpong Peter’s working colleagues were looking on without helping him.
Some were even filming him whiles be was being attacked. He later escaped by climbing the company’s wall the least chance he got.
Although Chinese had the audacity to send Ghs500 to Frimpong and his family to pay for the bills and further warned him not to report to the police or they will pay a bribe to the police and make the complaint a foolish case, the family went ahead and reported.

They filed the complaint with the Asokwa Police Station in Kumasi. The police invited the Chinese to the police today to write their statement although the incident happened last week on Tuesday, 4th September 2018.
Ghpage.com has cited a photo taken when the Chinese brothers showed up at the Asokwa police station to write their statement.
We don’t even know if the police have charged them with anything yet but Ghpage.com is following the case and will update you soon.
