Michael Owusu Addo professionally known as Sarkodie, celebrated his birthday yesterday, July 10, 2018.
A lot of Ghanaians including some celebrities don’t like to reveal their age even if you ask them. So, for the celebrities, we mostly resort to what is found on the interweb — Wikipedia to be specific to check it. And according to the wiki, he turned 30.
As usual, he had a lot of good wishes from us, colleagues, celebrities, and most importantly, from his numerous fans across the world for hustling his way through to raise the flag Ghanaian music higher.
Aside from the wishes, there were controversies about his age. This is not the first time it has come up. On his birthday last year, some social media users trolled and questioned his age.
Again on his birthday this year, it stirred another controversy and it is not the last time it would.
Social media has become a huge community where issues are raised, discussed, resolved and also people are trolled till none left to talk about.
GHPAGE.com, however, after posting about Sark’s birthday on our vibrant youtube community followed a series of comments which seemingly questioned the authenticity of the super star’s age.
