High-Grade Family boss Emmanuel Andrew Samini who campaigned for the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) has stated that the country is hard.
The dancehall artiste who was a guest on United Showbiz hosted by Nana Ama McBrown made it clear that he is the one to say things are not going on well in the country.
According to him, there is always some amount of truth in what the masses are saying so if they are saying that things are difficult then that is the truth.
He said: “If the bases say something, it means there is an iota of truth in there. Today in Ghana, if you listen to the people of Ghana today, an average, a Ghanaian will tell you that times are hard. So it is not me who will be asked if what the President said during his campaign which I supported has been done.”
Samini together with some other celebrities in the country joined forces to campaign for Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
Many believe its with the help of these celebrities that the current President won the 2020 Presidential elections.
