A newlywed lovely couple from Nigeria identified as Nyenyezi Kambuwa and Peter Malenga were involved in a deadly accident on Saturday, January 27, just three weeks after their wedding.

Peter who was the new groom was reported to have died on the spot, while his wife was seriously injured, and is currently receiving treating at a hospital.
The couple’s luxurious and expensive wedding was held on the 6th of January 2018, where they tied the knot.

According to reports gathered from one of the local media, the lovebirds were driving from an International Airport in a Toyota Dyna Reg. No. BLK 9644 and were not aware of an undergoing maintenance on the part of the road.

“Vehicles coming from the direction of Lumbadzi had been stopped to pave way for vehicles coming from Kanengo side, as only one lane was available due to the Maintenance. They resorted to overtake the stationary vehicles and unfortunately rammed into a truck head on.” the report says.

The report added that the groom died from head injuries, broken legs and lost lot of blood and the bride sustained injuries on her hips and is now receiving treatment at Luke Daeyang Hospital.
