As Ghana celebrates its 62nd anniversary, many Ghanaians have taken to social media to share some problems and achievements the country has chopped over all these years.
But comedian cum dancehall artiste David Oscar is of the view that country and its leaders are continuously struggling to make the country a ‘shitty’ one and therefore it’s not worth celebrating any independence day.

In a Facebook post, he stated that the country has failed to see any meaningful progress because thieves and criminals have clad themselves in political colors pretending to be looking out for the masses while taking turns in robbing the state.
He shared:
“I beg, with all due respect … If you are planning to wish this shitty country a happy independence day today …. Kindly take me out of your list first before you do that. If not, I will do it myself if your wishes appear on my timeline …. Cos honestly I don’t know what is there about this “gradually failing state” to celebrate.

He also uses his post to give a very stern warning to all his Facebook friends to make sure they don’t send him any message about Ghana independence day celebration.
