Davido pledges to cater for DJ Arafat’s family for life

Nigerian singer and songwriter David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido has pledged to cater for the family of the late DJ Arafat.

The “Blow my mind” hitmaker who expressed disbelief and was very sad about the demise of the Ivorian music star took to Instagram to make his pledge.

Davido shared a video of himself and DJ Arafat where they both performed at Davido’s concert in Abidjan.

He wrote; “Last time we performed together at My concert in Abidjan ?? @djarafat !! Woke up this morning still can’t believe you gone! I love you, brother… I will be there for your family as long as I’m here! Like they say The best flowers are picked first ?? ! Enjoy heaven YOROBO ?????????? REST IN PERFECT PEACE ????”.

DJ Arafat passed away after he was involved in a gory motor accident on Sunday 11th August 2019 in Abidjan.

He was rushed to a nearby clinic where he suffered a skull fracture and passed away on Monday 12th August 2019 around 8 am.

DJ Arafat was 33 years and was considered one of the most popular African artists in Francophone countries around the world.
