An alleged UK ‘Bogga’ defrauding Ghanaian women exposed

An alleged women fraudster has been busted on social media; He goes by the name Derrick Evans. Derrick Evans aka Ama China is based in the UK and it’s alleged he has duped dozens of women of their money and other material possessions both home and abroad.

From what Ghpage.com has gathered, Derrick Evans main targets are single career women, mostly single mothers who appear desperate for a father figure for their child.

It is alleged he gives the impression of being an affluent man by constantly sharing photos taken with celebrities and shares them on social media. He tells these unsuspecting women he has a personal relationship with them some deceit to get them to fall for him.

From there, it will be one form of cunning excuse to get some money from these women. When his cover is blown, he quickly moves on to another woman and starts the fraud all over again.

Other victims claim Derrick Evans told them he is a UK army officer and even had an Instagram page with the name, “Captain Yankson” to reflect his alleged rank at the Army.

One Victim wrote: “I realized everything about him is fake and he doesn’t serve anywhere in the UK Army as a captain as he made me believed.”

Allegedly, Derrick Evans works with another young lady he introduces to his victims as his personal assistant.

According to other reports, Derrick Evans owns a fake charity foundation he calls ‘Derrick Cares’ foundation which he holds fundraising events allegedly using the name of Ghana’s National Chief Imam and IGP abroad. He allegedly claims to be the nephew of former Accra Mayor, Nii Agyiri Blankson.

However, in a Live Video, Derrick Evans denied all these allegations leveled against him and explained that it’s a campaign by some enemies to destroy his hard-earned reputation. Ghpage.com is following the story.
