Ebony Charges Ghc 30,000 For A Feature, Not Ghc 7,000- Bullet, Ebony's Manager Jabs Zigi

The management of dancehall sensation Ebony has fired back at hiplife star Zigi over claims that he contacted Ebony for a feature and she wanted to charge him Ghc 7,000 before appearing on the song.

According to Bullet who manages Ebony, says Zigi is just trying to create controversy to revamp his dead career by capitalizing on Ebony’s current mad popularity.

Zigi claimed in an interview that he is planning to make his comeback by releasing a remix of the song but he couldn’t get Ebony to feature on due to her management demanding Ghc 7,000 from him.

Bullet has nevertheless, responded to Zigi’s claim and said never contacted them but is simply creating controversy using Ebony’s name to get some attention.

“I’ve never seen his call, I have never seen his messages and all that, so what he is talking about, I have no idea about. I don’t know the management he contacted but he never contacted me,” he noticed.

Resentfully, Bullet said there was nothing wrong with charging for a feature and if Zigi had really contacted them he would have realized Ebony charges more than the pitiable Ghc 7,000 he mentioned for a feature.

“…I don’t see [anything] wrong with an artiste charging for [a feature] because in Ghana we don’t even take royalties,” he added.

“Even Ghc 7000 for Ebony for [a feature], that is even peanuts. Ebony charges between Ghc 30,000 for featuring. So if the person mentioned Ghc 7,000, then it means the person wanted to do for free. I am never going to allow Ebony to do a song with him because what he is trying to do, he just wants to make noise and grab attention,” he concluded.
