The father and manager of the Late Ebony Reigns, Mr Opoku Kwarteng has finally disclosed the date for his deceased daughter’s one-year celebration.
The anniversary which was supposed to take place on February 8, 2019, was postponed due to reasons best known to the family but a new date has been set which is March 31st, 2019.

Mr Opoku Kwarteng, popularly known as Starboy Kwarteng also stated that he had to consult some family members to enable him to make a decision since he can’t do that alone and doesn’t have total control over the issue.

He also stated that he was able to change the date because the Akan ethnic group has no rigid rule which forces one to organise the one-year anniversary of the deceased on the same day he or she passed away.
Mr Kwarteng was also doubled as the Executive Producer of Ebony’s new record label ‘Kwarbony Records’Â stated that the venue for the anniversary will be communicated later but will take place in Dansoman where they reside.
“We haven’t agreed on the exact venue for my daughter’s one-year anniversary because we are still having discussions with the owner of the place”, he added.
