Egyptian Lawyer Sues Ramos 1.2 Billion Dollars Over Salah Injury

According to Egyptian television channel Sada El-Balad, an Egyptian lawyer by name Wahba has sued Sergio Ramos €1 billion (£873m/$1.2bn) for intentionally injuring Egypt star player Mohamed Salah during the Champions League Finals.

The Champion league final which came off on 26th May 2018 between Real Madrid and Liverpool FC saw the star player of Liverpool, Mohamed Salah suffering a shoulder injury which was later diagnosed as a dislocated shoulder.

Salah had landed heavily on his left shoulder after grappling with Ramos during the game which ended 3-1 in favor of Real Madrid.

After the injury, Mo Salah left the football field in tears. There were even fear he won’t be able to make it to the World Cup that will be held in Russia in a couple of weeks time but he has already assured his fans and followers that he will definitely make it to Russia for the World Cup.

Well according to the reports gathered, the Egyptian lawyer, Wahba has filed a complaint to FIFA and accused Ramos of intentionally injuring Salah. He wants Ramos punished for causing “physical and psychological harm” upon a nation and its most celebrated footballer.

“Ramos intentionally injured Mo Salah and should be punished about his actions. I’ve filed a lawsuit and a complaint to FIFA.”

“I’ll ask for compensation, which could exceed €1 billion, for the physical and psychological harm that Ramos gave Salah and the Egyptian people,” the lawyer is quoted by as saying.
