Elections 2024: One dead as NDC youths intercept buses suspected to be carrying unkown people to vote NPP

Multiple gunshots were fired in Nyakpala in the Tolon constituency of the Northern Region.

According to reports, some NDC Youth in the area intercepted buses that they suspected to be carrying some unknown individuals to vote in the area and insisted they were not allowing the bus into the community.

This confrontation then reportedly escalated into several gunfires in the area.

Currently, the military is at the scene handling the situation.
