South African rapper Cassper Nyovest who is currently in the country for some collaborations and tour admitted that he has admiration for the Kumasi-based rapper and self-styled Yaa Asantewaa of our time, Eno Barony.
The female rapper who has been nominated for the Best Rapper Category has received praises from her counterpart from South Africa, Cassper Nyovest.
The respected South African rapper, said although he doesn’t understand the Twi language which Eno uses in her songs, he still believes her lyrical prowess is a top notch.
He made this disclosure during an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, adding that Eno has the influence of Sarkodie in her flows after listening to some songs of hers in the studio during the interview.
“She is dope. I can hear the Sarkodie influence in her songs; she is aggressive and dope like she comes from the Ghetto,” he said.
