Kumawood actor Nana Yeboah has disclosed that he will never enter the controversial National Cathedral when its finally completed.
Readers are fully aware of the controversies surrounding the National Cathedral which President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo promised to build for God after winning the 2016 General elections.
Though the President stated that he was going to self-fund the building of the project with monies from his pocket, it emerged that some state funds have been given out to contractors for the building.
Well, the popular Kumawood actor who some few weeks ago was throwing his support for President Nana Addo, has in his latest interview made it clear that he is never going to enter the building.
According to him, the monies so far spent on the National Cathedral could have been pushed into different sectors of the country.
He continued by asking if someone would move all the way from other regions to travel to Accra just to enter the Cathedral to pray to God and concluded that he will never step foot there.
“Even if you build that Chapel, I Yeboah Asiamah will not enter. It is wrong for you to say you are building a Cathedral, totally wrong. How is it possible for somebody from afar to travel all the way to Accra before he can access the Temple and worship?” Nana Yeboah asked
“Use the money to construct roads instead so that people can attest to the fact that you are indeed developing the country. How can you take such an amount to build a church? I will never enter it,” he said.
