Sarkcess music boss Sarkodie has fired shots at his former best friend Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale after he insulted him for releasing a diss song when people around the world are dying due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
Sarkodie pulled a quick one on Ghanaians after dropping a song titled ‘Sub Zero’ which is considered as a diss song to Ball J, Asem and Shatta Wale.
After the release of the song, Shatta Wale descend on the rapper for not being sensible enough and releasing a diss song when people are thinking about how to fight coronavirus.
According to Shatta Wale, the likes of Criss Waddle, Medikal and himself are donating to the people during this hard time and the best Sarkodie can do is to drop a diss song.
Sarkodie has finally responded to him in an interview with Mzgee on TV3 this moring from the United States where he is currently locked up.
Addressing Shatta Wale’s comment, the ‘Adonai’ hitmaker stated that he is an entertainer and not a doctor who should be fighting or teaching people about coronavirus.
He continued that being a entertainer the best thing he can do is to continue serving his fans with music so they can continue to have fun and forget about the coronavirus.
He sighted an example saying that in the US, some popular artiste continue to drop songs for their fans to enjoy because this is the period that people need to listen to songs.

Sarkodie also disclosed that he and his Sarkess team have done a lot but since they don’t put it out for people to see, they believe he is not helping people in this coronavirus season.
